Leadership Development & MasterClass programmes
The North London Social Work Teaching Partnership is dedicated to unlocking the knowledge and capability of social workers at every stage of their career. We continue this dedication with the exciting introduction of our Leadership Development and MasterClass programmes which aims to train current and future leaders within our Partner organisations.
In collaboration with Middlesex University’s Business School, voted top five in London by students and the Social Work team, number one in London in the Complete University Guide 2018, the MasterClass and Leadership programme will be specifically tailored to aspiring and current social worker managers and the programme will be delivered by internationally recognised experts in the field of leadership and management.
This will be an exciting opportunity for aspiring, newly-appointed and established managers to develop their leadership skills through a blended learning programme, which will include direct teaching, online learning and action learning sets. The Leadership Development programme will consist of different credit-bearing modules, which could lead to postgraduate qualifications, such as: PG Cert, PG Dip, MA or MBA. The workshop will explain all of the options available for these courses.
What’s more, the programmes will be fully funded by the North London Social Work Teaching Partnership, so contact us today and express your interest in our Leadership and MasterClass programmes for this unique opportunity to develop your skills by industry leading experts.
We are launching two parallel MasterClass seminars followed by an Information Workshop in the afternoon to introduce you to the Leadership programme. If you cannot make these sessions, but you are still interested in the Leadership Development and MasterClass programmes, please contact us and we will follow up with further information.
