INTRODUCTION

What does it mean to lead others during complex and challenging times? The stresses and strains that come with managing the day to day pressure of delivering better outcomes can often lead us to question our own ability to lead others effectively. This session explores the concept of reflective leadership practice and introduces ideas and strategies for enhancing self-reflexivity, leadership and personal effectiveness.
