Session summary

This interactive session will be hosted by Agnes Law, Social Worker and Visiting Lecturer in Social Care Leadership and Management. Agnes currently works at the Tavistock and Portman, NHS Foundation Trust.

AIMS OF THE SESSION:

-To give attendees the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings;

-Increase practitioners’ awareness and understanding of current issues;

-Attendees will have an opportunity to network and have thought-provoking conversations with colleagues across the Partnership;

Presenters

Agnes Law has much experience in working with children and families, adolescents and adults with learning disabilities.  Agnes is also a Dance Movement Psychotherapist who will bring her understanding of working with the body, creative approaches and therapeutic knowledge in her facilitation of this session. 

Agnes is an experienced playback theatre practitioner, using drama and personal narratives to support change and empowerment for others. Her areas of interest are reflective practice, learning through action and intersectionality.
