Learning Symposium: Getting an outcomes approach into practice

This session will be delivered by Jeanette Sutton, Research in Practice Consultant.

In this interactive session participants will:

• Understand and advocate for an outcomes-focused, strengths-based approach
• Use research findings and other evidence to inform their practice in relation to outcomes
• Utilise different tools and approaches to support practice and help individuals to define their own outcomes
• Have conversations which effectively identify, negotiate and review outcomes
• Develop an action plan in relation to practice development needs

* This session is open to Social Workers and staff working in Social Care across the Teaching Partnership (Barnet, Hackney, Haringey, Enfield, and Norwood).
